Returns – Changes

Shipping costs for the return of products are charged exclusively on the customer. The cost for the shipment of your your products depends on the postal code of your area and the weight of the goods.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for goods manufactured according to the specific orders of the consumer or clearly individualized for the specific consumer.

The return of the desired products will be possible only from the address that you had stated from the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in written form.

Within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products from intimstores.gr, and if they are in their original condition without being damaged or worn, our company will return to the customer the money that these products cost, which has been charged on the customer, using the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction (unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise). In any case, the return of the desired products will be made after you inform us in written form about the return request of the products, filling in the withdrawal form (here) and we shall accept their return provided that the products have been delivered to the business partner transport company .

If the returned product has been worn or damaged due to customer’s fault or its value has been reduced through use, that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products, our company will assess the value of the damage and the amount of the reduction of value and in case intimstores.gr is obliged to make a refund to the customer, the corresponding amount of damage will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Except for the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers are recognized in each case under the applicable provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in accordance with the product warranty terms.
